You get qingyi if you are building two dps teams. You skip qingyi if you have already skipped at least one 1.0 dps AND looking to build anomaly teams. Here is some experience. If you want to save money in hyv games. Do not enter early game niches. Not because they are not good, but because you need to pull more characters to make it good. If you want anomaly you will basically be pulling 3 straight characters with Jane Caesar and the flame thrower new girl. There isn’t a wrong way to play but if you care about end game and efficiency at all. Investment into non traditional niches are rarely worth it. Freeze team in genshin was a 4 5* core. Hsr introduced dot and then fua, all of which takes a minimum 2-3 additional pulls after the initial character. There are exceptions to this rule like hyperbloom and superbreak. Again, you will need resource to suddenly build 2-3 characters. As someone who has paid and skipped different iterations. These are some experiences that I can share.

disagree, qingyi only need an attacker to active her second core abilities, this made her super flexible and not forced into same element/faction like you were saying. So you only need your support to have same faction/element for your dps second core. Qingyi stun dmg buff is also universal, this made her a great fit for every element dps team. I would say qingyi is super valuable for f2p.

I disagree with this video entirely, he totally skips all the points that make QY a good unit and just kept circling around the QY Anby comparison and stuff that are obvious. To all planning to pull, there are a lot of informative videos out there that breaks down the character better and this aint it, this is just 11 minutes of yapping. He also lost me at "less flexibility when building your teams up" when Qinyi is literally so flexible in teambuilding you can pair her with any attack unit and she will fit just right in.

Also, the funniest thing ever is that people comparing Stun time between Qingyi and Anby are doing so with Anby having Core Skill F, which significantly increases her Daze. It will take MONTHS to get Anby to Core Skill F, since you will 100% want to max your DPS units first.

I'm absolutely pulling Qingyi. My Nicole is maxed from Zhu Yuans banner so I get Corruption pretty fast with her and I built her where she does max anomaly procs. So I can get Shock with Qingyi and then proc Corruption and disorder at the same time and that is huge. Also she perfectly slots into burst damage teams and that is 100 percent Zhu Yuan. And later on Asaba Harumasa will release and she'll be perfect with him.

What a clickbate title. And no, you should pull for her. she's part of Zhu yuans meta team. Also she can fit into any team and give that team massive dmg increases. Not mention Stun faster than Anby. She gives, massive dmg boosts, Stun and Crowd Control. fits on any team because her worth is designed around if you have an attacker on the team, which you will. her first dupe is great and so is her weapon, good stopping points. Don't listen to this guy. lol.

I think unless you have skipped one of the dps in favor of getting anomaly. You are trolling for not getting the only 5* stunner in the best 4-5 patches. You can cope, but it will be worse in every way.

Qingyi will make your Zhu Yuan team better but she's already strong enough without her. Go for Jane, a different playstyle and from my HSR experience, Hoyo loves changing the meta. "Disorder" might become the "super break" of this game.

Pretty safe to skip Qingyi in that case. Jane looks like she'll be tons of fun, but she's not exactly necessary either unless you're setting up some anomaly team. I myself am perfectly happy with borgar queen, and I was lucky enough to get Lycaon as well, so I'm skipping Qingyi for Jane, and I'm currently waiting to see Caesar's and Burnice's kits to decide whether I pull or skip them too.

You can build as many characters up as you want but you will find it harder to min/max by stretching your materials over a wider range of characters.

hell no, try leveling up every character in your roster to 50+, talent levels, decent disc set, and 50+ wengine. You’ll run through resources quick since it’s only 1.0. Also core skills take an extreme amount of mats for just a single character.

Your arguments are flimsy and some make no sense. Your main point being completely dodging actual reasons to skip QY. You don’t skip QY because you already have anby, the comparison is awful to begin with since QY provides massive damage amp not stun rate. Your point about team restrictions is void since she needs only any attack unit to activate core passive. Not to mention the argument about elements is completely stupid. Elements matter far less in non anomaly/disorder teams, and it seems like you don’t understand this. Elements matter far less in this game as opposed to HSR and Genshin as you really only have to match weakness on the damage dealer in the team. You don’t get stun amp for matching weakness. The reason Lycaon is so good in ice teams is because of his supportive capabilities. So why is QY’s support capabilities being undermined?
