You MUST Try This! 3D Sketch - Goblin Head in zBrush

Once in a while it is important to just jump in and practice "free styling" in zBrush. Using the ClayBuildUp Brush is an amazing way to quickly concept out ideas or even literally start sculpting without any idea of what it is you are making! This creative muscle over time will be super valuable for when you are attempting to create something from a precise reference giving you the "artistic range" and confidence to attempt more complex characters.
