I no longer live in PV. We lived there for 8 months. But there are only 2 places that I heard with good house music. One is Terrazo House Bar right in front of the Malecon. Music MOST of the time will be good, the place is beautiful with the ocean view, but it can be pricey and the people can be reserved. Mostly tourists. But my favorite will always be Roof Top House. There's a better vibe and people are more open and drinks are just a tad bit more affordable. Mixed with locals and tourists. April or May is when I may visit and I will contact Roof Top to open a spot for me to play. These two are small bars with a chill atmosphere. You will see many big clubs but they will mix it up with some house and lots of rap and reggaeton and the volume may be obnoxiously loud. 👍
