Not for your India assets unless there is a change in the assets held or in your wishes. Its is also recommended to look into the assets listed in your will at least once a year and see if any update is required for your Will.

I assume this is a question regarding Will. You could appoint a backup executor in a Will to plan for this contingency. In a trust, situations like these are taken care during the drafting stage
