I feel there should exist a compilation of guidelines and considerations that should be thought of, before designers start designing any XR product. I have attempted to develop such a document, and it'd be great if you could review it. I believe it'll be very helpful for other designers who are struggling or want to get started in XR design.

I agree that there needs to be! I've been working on general UX best practices for XR myself for years and published the UX for XR Toolkit if you haven't checked that out.
