a scoby is an acronym for symbiotic culture of bacterial yeast and is used in the production of kombucha and some other fermented goods!
@ll-cb3py2 жыл бұрын
the reason she says mother scoby and baby scoby is due to the fact that the scoby constantly renews itself and multiplies, creating smaller versions of itself, the baby scoby's. these can be used in new batches of kombucha and other products, eaten on its own for its probiotic benefits, or given as a gift for those wanting to themselves brew their own kombucha.
