Is entire disk/puck metal/magnetic? I have a mini ball head with a magnetic base that need this product for. However, if it only works with MagSafe, I don’t think it will work for my use.

i bought this and let me tell you all. DO NOT BUY IT. Why? because when you are using it with your iPhone, in Zoom 1X or 0.5X, you can see part of your tripod, which is not good.
