One small thing I like about this set is the non-functioning elevator. It helps visualize how the minifigs got to each floor in the building, one thing most sets overlook. I think you could do more stuff like that like bathrooms and a janitorial closet.

For the mini figures add a kingpin to go with daredevil. Here’s a design I have for it Have either the angry clone head or lex Luther head Have the torso and and legs from the joker from the D.C minifigure series Add tan hands Add 1x1 white tiles on each foot to make him taller Make a cane using black cats diamond, a grey light saber hilt, and a grey stick

Regarding Easter eggs for this moc, there's already so many in the set maybe have some MCU spidey references, maybe an iron spider or homemade suit behind the bins at the back. Also you should definitely add all of the original sinister 6 figures that would he awesome

I still think that a maitenance room would be cool to see. However, maybe you could add some kind of observation deck on the top? You know, with those binoculars to look through, radio antennae, and a tourist or two. Maybe someone like Flash Thompson, Harry Osborn, or Debra Whitman? P.S. Could you do an Oscorp Tower in the future?

Alright so hear me out. Buy a third Daily Bugle set so then you can double the width of the building and increase the set of floors by a factor of 2. So it would be 6 stories tall with a double lay out which I think would look nicer to minifigure scale.
