Thank you for this information. Although a diversified portfolio is more prudent , in my opinion, the information you are providing speaks to the change in how we allocate our value going forward. We are watching the birth of a new asset class and I’m sure everyone who heard about the California gold rush didn’t hop up and move west for one of the most important events in American history. The transition will happen regardless and some unfortunately will miss out, same with the invention of the Automobile, Plane, Internet etc. Please keep the information coming!!! Bitcoin is a gift to humanity!!! Either you learn and adopt or get left by your competitors. The choice is up to you !!!!

Love your videos Rajat! Very educational for us. ❤ I remortgaged my only home early last year to buy MSTR because the appreciation over 5-10 years is almost certain to beat the interest, by a long shot. The investment obviously has gone up a lot and is now almost risk free, in my case. Just bought a six figure toy car to realize dream. Of course, didn’t pay cash. Took loan to keep as much in BTC/MSTR as possible. I am all-in MSTR. No diversification needed. I don’t trade anything. I probably lose a lot if I buy and sell. I just hold long term. I don’t need to look at it every day. Worry free to enjoy normal life. Take care…

I think the breakdown is this. On a Bitcoin standard people cannot borrow money from a bank since they cannot create money out of thin air. (Banks will no longer exist) The amount of rent that a landlord could charge will actually go down and down over time because of two factors, Bitcoin becoming harder to accumulate and houses becoming more abundant It makes more sense to save in Bitcoin than it does to buy properties where properties should be deflationary. The counterparty risks of tenants alone may make it not worth it not to mention the property could be destroyed by natural disaster. Maintenance is another problem. What you'll have instead is developers building homes for people to buy outright and if not the rent will be drastically cheaper anyways. Bitcoin breaks the entire housing market apart. Because of game theory of brain drain Governments will want to make their country cheaper to live in so they'll remove all their regulations curtailing housing supply.

You are not accounting for leverage in real estate which is easier to get so you can buy 5 times the property and also 1031 exchange which means no tax on it . Being an accountant you should account for that. So a mix of both would be more prudent

Bitcoin is a great store of value but rental property’s can pay for living expenses. Unless you want to always be selling off Bitcoin
@frankspatone8 күн бұрын
@rajatsonifinance Well, as much as I'm bullish on Bitcoin, that logic doesn't compute for me, for several reasons. Namely, the vast majority of the population is not in a position to be without a source of income; everyone's got bills to pay and Bitcoin alone does not provide that. Rental properties - although far from - "passive" as many presume - has been a time-tested compliment or outright alternative to someone who doesn't want a regular T4/W2 job. Not to mention the hedging argument.

@@frankspatone exactly I think he was just priced out of buying real estate (nothing wrong with that) and is looking for Bitcoin as a way of coping with that , if he had a handful of properties paying his bills he wouldn’t be doing uber eats and making KZbin videos everyday, I don’t knock the hustle but be very careful taking this advice
