Hi Mr. Daw. I just got back from a trip to Canada. 20 step ups is not enough. The farmer's carry is a great idea. The worst thing for me was standing in line at immigration, back into the US, for 3 hours. That took a lot out of me. Thanks for your videos.

James. Just wondering if you were do I.g 20step ups with right leg leading then changing to your left leg leading. That a total of 40 step ups with the option of carrying 5_10 lb weights each hand? If that's too easy increase your step ups to 50 then 60 each leg, total of 100or 130 in a row. Still too easy? Increase the step height.

Thanks for sharing James. Did you use any weights to make it harder? If you do that 20 is plenty for each leg
