Did the ribs come already with seasoning on? Then putting your own seasoning on would be why they were very salty

Chicken looked delicious, I think Keith if you use some honey instead of oil to brush and marinate the ribs with you'd have a counter balance so not as salty. Plus them pre cooked ribs were probably already seasoned too much before you touched them, nevertheless, another great review. And Hi Nat ✋🫶

Made in Aboyne Aberdeenshire not far from where I live 👍👍 think you went a bit mad with the amount you used 🤣 and the pork ribs were already seasoned and in a marinade . I thought they were small season mixes but realised they’re actually 240g so a fair amount in them so not so bad if you remember less is more Keith 🙈🤣 I’d rather make my own but I get why you’re not since you’re doing a review on these 👍👍👍

Those seasoning mixes are an absolute con, you should always read the list of ingredients before buying. Anything that has salt and sugar as the main ingredient is always a cheap and unhealthy mix. There are plenty of recipes for spice mixes on the internet, just buy your spices and herbs in bulk and make your own, its so simple and much cheaper.
