This is a Balkanian game, cuz of the names, osijek circuit, rijeka, these names are all cities from Balkan (Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, and some other countries)

Game looks alright but the barriers and pits and trees are free models by SmellyAlfie, from his track tutorial videos from a while back.If you search how to build a race track in roblox you will find the videos and the asset pack is showcased there.
