It only drops from the actitivity. You can't buy it with engrams , it has to drop first from the loot chest at the end

Bungie knocked it out of the park with this. I managed to have it drop last night so I can't wait to get my prismatic hunter a makeover and really lean into the super power fantasy prismatic gives us. Gives me Raiden/ Big Trouble in Little China vibes

The helmet from the Solstice Ornament set is another great one. The horns on the helmet line up perfectly with the gaps on the front of the hat and give a sort of Oni look

This cloak looks really good with Raiden Flux(Thunder God). There's two han-bo on the Hunter's back which flow well with the sword. I use Goldtusk on my build as well, which when stowed, sits over the "cloak-sword" like dual-sword scabbards. Supreme drip lol Also fits well with Arc Staff as a bonus. Naturally.

I would suggest the Wyrmguard Helmet as well, gives that shinobi look when rocking it with quickfang. The small eye slits go pretty hard and complete it with the iron companion vest and thunderhead strides. Now I know people will hate it but I would suggest super black (I despise it too), but since we’re going with the shinobi/ninja look I can’t find any other colors unless you want a faction based one then go with green, red, or white shaders.

I use the celestial nighthawk with the Hrafnagud ornament, the thunder head grips, untethered edge vest, and the iron forerunner strides

I use Graviton Forfeit with the Untethered cloak, arms and legs with Superblack, and vault of glass chest piece with Amethyst Veil, i look like a dark cyber ninja from cyberpunk

The dynamo mask with the cloak and groovadelic shader gives you a raiden from mortal kombat look I use the boots the arms and the mask from that set with the ronin cloak and the new exotic chest from the campaign on my arc hunter.

I was looking forward to use this cloak with the new ritual helmet, but sadly, like Spectral Displacer and Iron Truage, the cloak sits to high and therefore doesn´t look good, imo. I am using it with the Ape mask helmet from Trials, gives a nice Wukong vibe.

PSA: if you use the Omnioculus Mask, or the 30th Anniversary Tiger Mask, it deletes the hood of any cloak. Opening doors to very unique looks. I don’t think it’s intended but it’s something to consider, as in this case you’d get no hat but just the dagger/sword on the back. Do with this info what you will. Just thought to share! Have a lovely day all of you, and I hope you heal or get through the things you don’t talk about. ❤
