It's inspirational but he has the 'key man' problem. Our family went big in KFC in the 1960s. Even though Colonel Sanders was the figurehead, the restaurants did not rely on an elderly charismatic guy to succeed. He never visited any of the units the the 2 states they were in and our family did very well. If GC was to back away from his businesses, he's not Colonel Sanders (whose 'secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices' are how/why all the KFCs could thrive after he had sold the business). GC IS the business. He's the 'key man.' He's a great guy, and he needs to extricate himself by identifying his 'secret sauce' and codifying it, and letting his kids take it to the next level. The value of the business is "can it thrive without a 'key man'" It's like a football team. "They lost their top QB five years back and have only won a few games since." You can't let yourself be the 'key man' on which the value of the enterprise needs to be anything.

This is the thing I don’t like about this guy. Everything and I mean everything he says is coming from someone who already has money. People who are billionaires come from 2 ways. They already had money and found a way to turn it into more or a series of events happened in their lives that if you played out their life again all those same things would not happen. This guy is also not a billionaire. You should also do a little research on cardone capital. You’ll find out there under investigation by the SEC.

He contradicts himself. Says a house can't make you money but then also says he has millions in real estate.
@Blessed11.11 Жыл бұрын
He is correct. If you buy a house just to live in it, it will not make you money. But if you buy a house to rent it out, then it will make you money. That's why he's in the real estate business.

His real estate business is not buying single family homes which are a bad investment. He buys apartment buildings. 100+ doors.
