What am i supposed to do when one cares, who do i turn to, my parents don't believe in anxiety, if i tell a counselor they are going to think I'm crazy and need to go to a mental hospital and I can't vent too myself anymore.

@@woodchips6567 thank you for replying. I am much better now. I am actually a hope squad and golden rule embassador at my school, so I help children or teens closer to my age with anything going on in their life. Some have come to me about friends others about more serious matters. It is my job to make sure they are all right. I like doing that because I didn't know that I could talk to someone like that, but now I am the person that they talk to. Thank you for checking in though, I pushed through and I am pretty happy so far.
