Stephen, just a note from someone that works in IT: If you are using Windows 10, it defaults the Scaling to 125 or 150%. This causes a lot of issues in graphics heavy software. I would strongly recommend setting it to 100% and using a 3rd party Scaling software if you desperately need it. This setting is in the Display Settings if you right click anywhere on your Desktop. Just thought I would share since Jeff's diagnoses sounded familiar.

hey guys im not sure if you will read this (if you are thank you) but i also had problems with OBS so i switched to streamlabs OBS and it works perfectly now and when you download it a pop up will show asking if you want to export hit yes and everything will automatically export and it is super nice and easy. hopefully this helps and also happy (kinda late) Birthday stephen you guys are awesome
