Honestly as a Korean I found myself rooting for Boom, but that clutch by Persia man... Maybe next time. Boom definitely deserves a spot over some of the tier 1 teams currently in the champions bracket, and I believe they'll get it eventually.

The amount of wrong decisions that made that final round possible was crazy, waiting for the heal instead of defusing, not waiting for ENOUGH heal before defusing, peeking into showers instead of holding from site, and the list goes on

I think the heal thing happened because the bomb was mollied anyways. You can see Brim throw out the molly just before it switches to Persia. Their only mistake was to push him. The stars have to align to allow this to happen like why would you even peek in this situation, just hold the angle together and stick the spike.

@@speedforce8970 I would give the benefit of the doubt that they are in the heat of moment, especially after coming back from an impossible match up. I'm pretty sure every player's mindset at that moment, is to push the opponent away and take away their shooting angle to shoot the defuser. The only mistake here, I would say, is that ZesBeew is holding a wider angle (which is more disadvantegous) and the fact that already know where Persia is so there is no need to hold a wide angle. Both player could've hug the wall and setup a high-low peek instead. But it is what it is

If u really pay attention to the last round, Persia's molly took BerserX, the defuser, from 87 health to 74 making him die in one tick early from what he was supposed to so that little stepping on the molly actually mattered a lot

It was truly a rollercoaster when watching this match, but in the end SPG comes out on top. Their playstyle is dangerous and well organized, all of the players did well, but its no debate that Dambi is an absolute playmaker in this match up.

Call me biased, but I don't think this video do them justice. Im Indonesian, so maybe you all didn't know but the event should be in Tokyo, but it got CANCELLED. So Indonesia only gets like 2 month between them completing their challengers and preparing for ascension. The HUD problem is because of the app and server issue, not the producer issue. Nothing to do about it. The app is buggy and it can happen anytime. Then, the crowd is bantering, but you can see they all cheer when SPG enter the match, and even when they lift their trophy.

Now we get to the match. For those of you who don't know, SPG is like PRX of 2021. They are sharp AF, and their whole strat is made to support their cracked aim and mech. Dambi&neon is like Jinggg with Raze. Nobody can match their speed, except for Boom. In match 3, they changed Beserx from playing KJ to cypher, enabling him to fight more with his team. In match 4, their duelist famouzin, who HAD NEVER played Neon in pro scene, decided to step up and play neon. But it is what it is. I think to excel, SPG needs to stick together, because they are good because they play together. Aside from Dambi, I really doubt any team will suit them. As for BME, they prove that they are good players individually, and I believe they can and will excel in any team

Imo, the one mistake in the last moment of round 32 is Zesbeew holding a wide angle against a known position of Persia. Both player could've hug the wall and setup a high-low peek and delay more time for Berserx to defuse. I'm not trying to point finger here. Zesbeew plays great and he is incredibly quite consistent. But it is what it is. Just need to learn from the mistake 👍

I was watching it live. The crazy thing about this is JUST BY changing viper/skye that defusing, boom esport could take the defuse. (because cypher not full hp). But, the thing is, people usually let the higher hp players to take the duels, so they have higher chance to win duels. Props to brim to take fights smartly. Noticed that they take 1v1s and not double peeked him. even ult before finishing the skye. No one could make perfect plays, (because they not yet tier 1 team yet), heat and pressure could get to them at that point. Clutch, is when players could take advantage of the mistake of the enemies. Not focusing on boom's mistakes, but rather just give appreciation to the Persia's clutch. That make this clutch more cinema. All things consider, because Bleed's situation. These 2 teams have chance to prove themselves in the tier 1 scene. Goodluck!
