No Harp that I know of has two layers of strings, she's just using two different octaves. A full concert Harp costs around $20,000 USD. They also have the force of 20,000 pounds of tension to play against - so be careful starting out. I did a 5 hour rehearsal last week with a folk harp, and my back muscles are still aching.
