Never accept what ANY Police tell you is the law. I was a victim of 3 seperate crimes by 3 seperate Police forces, and in EVERY CASE the Police Constables either lied to me or failed to do their duty. As you probably know now, you don't have to give details. You offered to show him evidence, he said potentially it would be no further action, he came over to intervene and at 7:29 he was looking straight at what was happening, so he did see it. He would end up arresting you though, spending 5-8, or more, hours in a cell, till they finally view the footage and let you go. Easy claim for a few £K, but a lot of time wasted and inconvenience. Pinac Audit covers a lot of videos like this. He is really good at explaining things and shows all the legislation too. Really enjoyed the video, thank you for sharing your footage. 😃
