Asking for a promotion is hard.
There's:
- Conflict
- Uncertainty
- Tough Communication
waiting for you at the end of that road, right?
Nope.
You do not need any of those to ask for a promotion and get paid what you deserve.
The only thing you need more is context.
The better you understand how does your company work and how are you providing value,
the easier it will be for you to build an irresistible case in front of your boss/manager/leader that they have no choice but to say "Yes!" to.
