Great insights Luri! You know for the past 5 years I often tried to not prepare for interviews so that I can show up and represent what I am truthfully. Sometimes when I would prepare It would have me more focused on the interview questions to come, anticipating what questions I should expect and hoping I would get asked the questions I practised. I often try to not practise too much, I try to check a few, questions such as the ones in this clip you shared. I think with experience you no longer really worry about what is to come but best represent your self and what you know. However, I still feel you need to go through a few questions that might prompt your thinking and also assist your approach into giving the right answers in the right way when speaking with a hiring manager or a panel.

It is a great take! Made me think that depending on context, preparation means different things. For example, if you desperately search for job, you need everything you could use to get it. For aspiring business analysts, it helps with beating the anxiety and feel more confident, which in turn helps showing better results. For those who became rusty working in the same organization and leaving later - it helps remembering what the heck interviews are. Finally, preparation helprs structuring available knowledge and experience to avoid stupid situation when one could not recall what they know.
