"YOU'RE BEING DISORDERLY" BY DANCING | MORE OATH BREAKING TYRANTS

This was on Sunday March 12th 2023 at approximately 1253, on the Essex street pedestrian mall area of Salem Massachusetts. This is a subscriber Subscriber of mine and supporter where I showed up to this call right after it was complete. We spoke for a little bit and I told him how to get this body Cam footage. He was successful in receiving that public records request and sent it to me. I have been really shining light on all of the civil rights violations committed by the Salem police department on a regular basis. This is just more evidence of how much they look down on WE THE PEOPLE that exercise our rights the way we want. All contact information will be in the pinned comment. Once it is clear what the cop is there for, what is wrong with saying to the cop first thing: "You of course have a number of options, but to me you have two. Either place me in custodial arrest, or go away. Those are my last words." Then stifle and say nothing more.

Perfect example of why you should never talk to cops. This woman is gathering evidence and building a case against him from the moment she walks up. At no point was she concerned about his welfare, or have any interest in hearing his side of the story. She continuously asked questions designed to get self-incriminating evidence out of him, "Is that why you're doing this? You want a friend?" Establishing motive and getting admission of guilt. "Is that why you're doing this?" *"I'm doing this because...."* "Okay, so you admit, you're doing this." Guilty. "You do this every day?" Establishing pattern. Harassment. "Where do you live?" In case residence doesn't match ID, additional charges can be filed. etc etc.

Good video! Self explanatory in its entirety. Shows how inept these cops are. And to see (at the end of the video) that some guy is busking (performing for tips) with a microphone and large speakers says it all in a nutshell- the cops harassed a guy who is simply dancing to his own low-volume music on an open-air, pedestrian walkway! Also, art is subjective. In regard to the man’s dancing, maybe the village idiot (the cop) didn’t think his dancing was very good, but perhaps others did. Who is she to judge and dismiss? What the heck is this world coming to when you’re able to call armed police for a guy jamming to his mini speaker on a public walkway on a Sunday afternoon? Just deplorable! Incidents like this just widen the gap between police and the public aside from totally embarrassing the entire police department. I think I would resign from the police force if I saw video of myself in this light all over the internet- that’s for sure.
