Cops hate cameras because they hate transparency. Most of them consider the Constitution to be an inconvenience. Also, unless there is a written co-jurisdictional agreement between the USPS and local PD, those cops are committing a felony by carrying firearms on Federal property. They would only be allowed to respond to an "Exigent Circumstances" scenario (i.e., an actual CRIME in progress....assault & battery, robbery, etc.) The "man with a camera" does not fit that description, if anything, it would be a Civil matter, NOT a criminal one.
