I’ve seen a couple of tournaments lately when an angler tries to weigh a fish the batteries are dead. So carry extra for your scales.

It amazes me how more anglers, especially tournament anglers, don’t think of these things. If it can go wrong, it will. I’d rather have peace of mind so I can concentrate on catching fish.
