I run bbt on the bow and precision sonar on the console!! spreading the wealth!!! lol!!!!

BBT mounts are solid, my dealer recommends them and I've got a dual stack on the bow. With the beefy gimbal brackets all around.

I've got a unique situation where I'm trying to throw small deep diving crankbaits angd getting them to run as deep as I can on a baitcaster. I'm maxed out on 20# braid to 12# lurocarbon leaders and want to see if I can squeek a little more depth out of it. I think I'm gonna try straight tatsu 10# and avoid the connection knot blues and dealing with that small diameter braid & it's shortcomings. Do you think I'll be able to achieve a little more depth with the straight tatsu? Thanks for any feedback.

California has some of the best fisheries but some of the worst politics. Oroville is a great place to fish as you said, I love fishing the motherload lakes the best personally. New Melones, Don Pedro, lake McClure all have a ton of fish and can make for some great days on the water. Nothing beats clear lake and the delta though, big fish is all I will say. I plan on moving out to TN in a few years and can’t wait to explore all of the lakes out there.

Cool video. I live in Northern California and love fishing Oroville. I just finally started fishing there this last year. Fishing for fat spotted bass is so much fun. I've been catching a lot bass mid strolling without FFS and it still works great. Thanks for the NorCal shout out!

These people talking about a bass' color spectrum don't realize that reds create a different shade of brown and chartreuse creates a different shade of white.Some shades trigger more strikes than others.The hot red definitely seems to trigger more strikes as does chartreuse.Not always the case.Think for yourself and figure it out.👏👍
