Whilst looking at the Building and the Flags inside we are disturbed by a Canary Wharf Security Guard who I happily put in his place and he gives me a massive walk of Shame.

It's mind blowing, and sad, that a human can be made to believe that you can construct a building, in public, and prevent people from taking photos from it but looking at it as much you want would be permitted. People who can made to believe, and enforce, such an incredibly stupid idea are a danger and liability for the safety and progress of the human race. Funny fact, most of these people are guards/cops because people who can be manipulated into enforcing these ideas are the perfect tools for tyranny to sustain it's choking grip on the free thinking public.

4:10 Commercial use is defined in law as the promotion of a product or service. It has nothing to do with monetary gain. Someone could make an advert for free, but it would still be commercial. The point being that Canary Wharf will want make sure their brand is not associated with something that harms them. A KZbinr is an individual and not under contract of employment or otherwise. So they have human rights. Companies do not have human rights. The money a KZbinr makes us for the adverts shown on the channel. Not for any individual video. That a KZbinr might gave a Ltd company to handle the financial aspects of the channel and for tax efficiency doesn't change the fact that the individual is the one pressing the red record button.
