Interesting one, I ve seen talking head videos perform really well but the voice over approach it’s what I like the most cuz I’m not comfortable talking directly to the camera but I guess as you said is all about practice practice practice. Hey Stephanie! We still recommend 1-2 a day in ICA if you're doing only talking head. If it this broll style, they take longer so 3x/week.

You can make it work with a lot of different options! I use a Shure MV7 connected to iMovie and hit record then speak over the fully edited reel. But I've seen people who don't have a mic record it on their G7X in their closet to try and give it a professional sound. Hope that helps!
