Hei Mike! The debt clock died this April 2024!!! The rate of increase was “repaired by our government” before April the debt was growing at 8.4 billion per day expenditures… after the “fixing” the rate of government expenditures came down to 4.3 billion per day!!!

Based on the Ramsey rules to buy the average home in America would require an income of $190k. Average home is $420k. With 20% down and a 15 year fixed at 6.8% the mortgage will be $2,961 a month, meaning you’ll need to earn $12,000 a month after taxes. Does that seem like a totally reasonable thing considering the average household income is around $70k? For my grandparents the average home was 2x the average income. For my parents it’s was 3x. Today it’s 7x. Yes it’s possible but to say it’s the same today as it was for previous generations is so economically illiterate it’s astounding. Does that mean you give up? Of course not. But this constant refusal to acknowledge reality doesn’t help anyone.

Its good to be prepared for every situation. If you have cash on hand, cash in the bank, crypto, gold, silver, storable food, stored water, guns, ammo, survival gear, batteries, etc AND you have them in different areas, you're prepared for every outcome whether it be a power outage, an economic crash, a dollar collapse which is quickly "resolved" by a CBDC or a full-on societal collapse. A lot of the immigration goes into trucking and other hard jobs and thinks ownership is better than working for another company as most Americans do. The home prices around me in Nashville have inflated 238% since 2017. So we are in 200% inflation not 3.1 or whatever the fed says. When something was 2.99 a couple of years ago now it’s 4.99 does that sound like 3% inflation. Does the government tell the truth on anything? I have never seen it.

Nobody knows until everybody knows. The Gold price will spike faster than we can imagine after 10/22/2024. The interest rates and the inflation will go to the roof. As a result the unemployment rate will skyrocket and the crimes won't be under control. The peole will suffer to put food on the table and the homeowners will become poorer than the smart part of the renters. Remember, the homeownership is a lifestyle not a wealth. The house is a depreciating asset and any house older than 30 yeas of age is considered an old house. The money is the land under the house not the house. Imagine how much cost a house built on a 2 acre lot compared to a house on a 6,000 sqft lot. 1M vs 500K.

Considering how the Libyan & Syrian civil wars, the wars in Ukraine & Gaza, & the Taiwan question have become so internationalised, I think WWIII has been slowly cooking for a dozen years. I just hope that this megabubble will prevent these wars from getting hotter rather than incentivizing it.
