Better yet, do they have a testing out system or accelerated program for experienced personnel who have been cops for a while? Deeks has been a lawyer, an LAPD detective specializing in undercover work, an MMA fighter, and liaison to NCIS where he has worked national security crimes. He's well beyond a 20 year old recruit.
