Do you have a video on dinking and how to minimize pop ups and the ability for your opponent to go offensive on your dinks?

Greats tips Barrett! Are you using an eastern grip while at the NVZ for your forehand and back hand dinks? Thanks!
@PickleballKitchen2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Any kind of topspin shot is usually eastern, but any kind of backhand is always continental without exception.

Thanks for the tips - if I could cut the number of times I hit it into the net in half I'd be significantly better. In order for the distance across court to be 23 feet, you'd each have to be standing in only a foot (a little less, really) from the sideline. I figure if you are standing in the middle of your respective courts the distance is about 17 feet. Nonetheless it's a long way and as a beginner, even though the net is two inches lower in the middle, I catch the net most of the time on cross court dinks.

Are you in TX? Lol I play on that court when I visit my in-laws.

Good video brother. "I like the idea of coming across the ball rather than slamming into the net". Take care.

Great video. It does seem you got your dialogue muddled a bit when talking about hitting thirds into the net. I think the point was probably to be unafraid of pop-ups, and to really try hard not to hit it into the net.
