Your videos help teach and walk me through so so much!! I try most of your videos both seated and standing to make sure that I understand im doing them correctly if something results in me needing to end up working out fully seated throughout a session. (When im walking my dogs i see how much its actually benefiting me in regards to lack of issues walking) Cant wait to try this one!🤩

It does add a bit of configuration. Focus only on simply pulling your rib cage to your hip. Hold that contraction… the isometric will strengthen AND stretch out your trunk!
