It seems obvious in hindsight, but yes most artists are trying too hard to monetize the small group of 10 fans they have instead of forcing discoverability. But even once you've hit that number where your portfolio of content (and the algorithm) is finally working, it's only the beginning. That's when you need to bring these viewers into the community itself which is an entirely different set of skills. Then finally once you have your community you can at last art monetizing your work, but not before following the first two steps.

and to keep into marketing, i have clients that order me several times, i told them 60€ but i really would have liked at least 100€, i really don't dare to try ... i'm scared then say no or get upset and go find someone else .. idk what to do

If they're loyal, it's ok to ask them if you can charge some more next time. I don't think they'll leave you for someone else.
