Yeah the box says the death note rules, "the person who's name is written in this book will die", "picture the person's face to not have an effect on people with the same name", "you then have 40 seconds to write the way they die" "if you don't specify they'll have a heart attack", "you then must specify the details in the next 6 mins 40 secs"

The text on the Misa Misa box are definitely the rules of the Death Note, though I'm not sure if they are exactly the same as in the original or slightly changed.

The Misa box rougly speaking has all the rules for the death note on it, I haven't seen Death Note but roughly translating the box goes something like; Names of the people written in this book will die If you don't envision a floating head of the people that the names belong to, that the effects of this note book will not occour. Within 40 secs of writing the name of the subject, write the location and cause of death. From this point this will occour. If a location is not described correcly or description is too simple, this will cause named individuals to die by heart attack. If you write the cause of death after the death has happned it is necessary to describe the cause of death within 6m 40sec(Paul's finger is blocking a bit so making some assumption here with the last part) Very very rough translations though
