I have moments of complete terror. Like my sense of my physical self begins to panic. Is this part of the awakening process. It’s feels like I walked up to a cliff .. I was born an extra sensitive empath and gay. I walked alone since I was born. It was a path I know I chose. And the path has been amazing. Just had an episode where the panic was overwhelming.

I've been crazy forever lol more so after i almost died 3 years ago. In a good way. Unfortunately i get alot of anxiety and the want to be all alone alot now because this feels like a dream im trapped in now , instead of the real feeling i had at that time. Its very hard and my dreams are very vivid nightly. I understand alot but its hard because noone else seems to. And i look like im the person who just dont understand. The more i dig ...the deeper of course this rabbit hole goes. But i know now there will always be questions here. I miss the way i felt and what i was when i was leaving this body. Its very very hard to say oh well get over it, i promise i try so hard. I do things to try and distract myself, but it just seems daily im reminded. One way or another. But i really do love everyone. Well mostly i guess. I dunno, i just cant seem to satisfy this spot in my head neck chest and gut. Food does not even taste very good anymore. I really feel like ive lost my shit at times, i just keep it to myself , smile and go to my job and do my best to hide myself inside. Noone Really knows me. I gave up trying to find somone to understand. I even hide it from my children and play the role of mum because i love them so much i see no other option but to give it my best and not embarrass them or upset them because im just not normal inside. I do my art and do my job and take care of the responsibilities as best as i can. But the me i thought was real, was all a lie. I hope im not being a liar to my kids and everyone because i hide it all. 🤦gawd it never ends . 🤍 Praying for everyone to have peace of mind 🙏

If I were you, as you sound like what I have experienced, is begin declaring within an identity for your body. Activate a new I Am for this time here, and awareness + imagination is your super powers. 💕
