@@wired2780 I know how hard it is mate, I've had an opiate addiction for over 30 years and I have had enough, I'll be honest yeah I still have a dabble every now and again, but it is getting less and less, but my killer is I'm still tied down to a meth script, I'm still on ninety mill a day and that's the lowest I've ever been on, i was actually on nearly double that amount, it just a very slow process for me, cos I'm running out of time cos I'm fuckin 51 in a coupler months, shit I really am running outta time haha 👀😁.

Just wanted to add that we got clean and stay in recovery by making positive choices, saying “I’m worth more than that, I deserve to be healthy, not suffering etc” . I try and apply the same principles to most areas of life/options/people I meet. Given what we know about the impact upon the brain by head trauma (look how M. Ali declined) ask yourself what would you say to someone you love like a child who asked if they should do it. What you would advise them…then there’s your answer maybe. Have to love ourselves as well as others. You know that. You’ve nothing left to prove in that area. The podcast is great, stay positive.
