37 yo here. That's completely normal. I forget people's birthdates, their names and all sorts of things. That's completely normal. I have a list with people's birthdays and a list with new familiars' names. 👍 It's the only thing that improved my situation to the point where people even gave me compliments about my great memory! 🤣 You've made a fantastic vide on two of the greatest proverbs ever - "A dog remembers, a human writes it down." and "Perfect is the enemy of good." 💪🙏

Hey Broski, a good person with a good heart will always feel like that it's because we know better. Mistakes are real and we accept it and move on. We learn from that mistake, and next time, it won't happen again because we learn from in. When I make a mistake to a person, I wronged. I go to them, apologize, I tell them it's my fault and how can I make it up to you. Most people will never go the third one because they don't have a good heart. I am bad with names, too. Go up to a stranger and start off with a joke. If they smile, they are out going person and you can easily talk to them. They could be having a bad day and they just need someone to talk to
