Hi Benj. Reckon that it was a bit of perfectionism as I can tell. I know that, somehow similarly, but I shared the mechanism, and am sharing up until now. Racking my brains how to improve and very often analysing what has been. I must admit it is very often of no use whatsoever. Probably we may call it an illness from some extent. To my mind at least. Endless loop, you summarised spot on. Well, that is truly tough. Harsh when you demand from yourself, even ruthless when you start judging your fellow mates, the ones around you, closest. I regret each and every thought, but they come unintentionally. Each individual needs a rest. We are not ones to question that. But I compared, am prone to doing so. That brings your spirits low. Especially when deep in the heart you feel it’s unhealthy to do it. Introverts keep things so to themselves, so to anyone reading- better talk that over with the other person. Tell first how you feel about that. It brings the issue to a more human surface, more sympathetic. From then onwards, you will feel relief. You may solve the problem, though. If not mutually, then internally. The must-have goal is to crack that open in you, so that you do not stay as one-rotten-apple-barrel. Talking ‘bout the stepping stone. I cannot run as far as an eye can see now. My fav place is serene mountains. Love that. That pulse in my forehead blotting every worry that stumbles upon. But yeah, I’ve not been to mountains for almost a year now due to workload. Places like B.J.W. brickwall lounge, or sunset watery scenery is a kind of equivalent to that. Looking forward to finally reaching beloved hills, come what may, lone or accompanied, I need to be there again. Rethink, freaking spend some time doing stuff I adore not peeping at the hand of wrist watch. There are issues I loose control over. That follows exhaustion- that’s my personal observation. When down, and lonely, tired and clutching at straws, the tricky little demon comes beside. And then failure is tying yours’ palms. Well, nothing to be done. No regrets, just don’t hurt others at any time. Time heals all wounds. You’ll get over that one too. I can assure you, I’ve tried thousands of times. I still fail. Having only one (of many) issue on my mind. I’ve been working over that little prick for years. Still not there. I am not stopping. Not in this life. Probably one day I will cast victorious. I stay hopeful for your dealing with your little pricks too. Everybody reading- U’ll get there. Just grab it by horns and fight. Fight with tears on your cheeks. Sweat on your hand. I'm 27 now, when I was exactly 21 I had a breakup which turned my life upside down, probably the lowest point I've ever been in, this was in late 2018. I agree with pretty much everything you've gone through in the video, that breakup was a huge catalyst in my life, 6 years after and I can say that without that I would be nowhere near where I am now, they say you have to know hell in order to get to heaven and heaven is fucking beautiful bro, I hope your journey is as wonderful and priceless as mine was 6 years ago, peace from Portugal.

I loved that video, I think that a lot of guys tend to think that they are not good enough/not in the right place right now so they shouldnt be in a relationship and thats alright! But if you want to thats not a right reason. Thinking like that you will never be „good enough”. Improving yourself is the best but remember that you already are the best version of you at the moment. There is noone like you, you are special :) And i dont think that she was better than you, you were just thinking badly of yourself. I have unfollowed 500+ pages on ig because it didn´t add any value to my life, now i mainly just follow people i know, don´t scroll on ig alot anymore. Now i pretty much just use my phone for communication, checking emails, spotify, navigation, alarms, stretching app, mindfullnes/meditation app. And i start my day by getting dressed and going for a short walk to get some fresh air and sunlight before having breakfast and going to work. Feel much better.

So I had a think about what I was going to write here and I thought, yeah that background is amazing. Honestly, if you can surround yourself with beautiful people and beautiful places, the task is already part way done. Health is also very important. And also, enjoy your youth while you still can. So many these days try to look older than they actually are, try to be much older than they are. You're only young once, and you have the rest of your life to be old. Enjoy your youth while you can, because once it's gone, you cannot go back.

Youre very true. We will make a lot of freinds in our lifetime. Im from India, and I've travelled i mean moved school, then college was in a different city, so School freinds, college freinds, then studied I.T so had some friends there, then it was work so moved 3 jobs in India, then joined Passenger cruise lines, made friends there, travelled the world by 30, and now im in England. And now ive got only 1 best freind, few who i still keep in touch , but yes, sometimes i was scared of loosing my School friends because they felt like Family, when it was prom at school, and we knew we would all go out separate ways, some of our school friends cried a lot..
