Do you do coaching or analisses of players throws? I m going through weird times. I throw 2 180's in an hour of practice a lot more 140's but when i tried to adjust my game to group my darts, i went from 3rd dart t20 to 1st t20 and rest not to 2nd dart t20 etc. Now if i start with t20 t20 the last dart goes way off. I use your tips but i seem to lack consitancy. In darts competition i dont mind losing but still im more nervous than when i competed in mma... I practice at least an hour a day on avg. My arm doest seem to repeat throws and the deflection is perhaps eye sight related. I thought of this after your video about dominant eye. I forgot my question. Thanks for your videos

Hey, thanks for your comment and for sharing your experience! It sounds like you're putting in a lot of effort, which is great, but we totally get how frustrating inconsistency can be. While we don’t do one-on-one coaching or direct throw analysis, we’ve recently put together three brand new guides that could really help you fine-tune your game, especially with consistency and handling nerves. The "Never Nervous Again" guide focuses a lot on mental strategies for staying calm under pressure, which could be helpful given your experience with nerves during competition. Plus, the accuracy guide might give you more insight on grouping your darts effectively. If you’re interested, you can check out the guides here: Aim Like A Pro - dartsdecoded.gumroad.com/l/aimlikeapro & Never Nervous Again - dartsdecoded.gumroad.com/l/nevernervousagain . Keep practicing, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have more questions! 🎯

Can you please stop posting "helpful hints" that are ALL basically the same idea but with a bit of variation? Every video I've watched seems to come to the same conclusion and also makes the same suggestions? Can you post a video specifically about "dartitis" and how to combat it, without the repetition of focus, practice and everything else that is mentioned in every video. I'm totally stuck and cannot find an answer, so PLEASE post something to help people who HAVE LOST THEIR ABILITY TO PLAY, EVEN AFTER 7 YEARS!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thank you for your constructive criticism. We have been working on a video for players with dartitis for some time now. It is a very sensitive topic, so the video will be very extensive and should only contain really helpful tips.

I hear you. I end up seeing these videos are good for one thing; a reminder. Its easy to get bored if you’re practicing alone. These videos remind me to focus and set goals in the practice. Besides my daily 10-15 min warm up on stance, arm form/straight, and release; I have added practice rings and small ‘cut up’ shapes from old T-shirts/ or cut circles in a shirt: pinned to board. 360…We all want to see a new way to become better. I hear you.
