I love that you folks over at Catholic Lofi are uploading more regularly, both on YT and on Spotify! This one was especially beautiful, and I intend to use it as my goto album during Adoration. Not so lofi, as much as it is relaxing and meditative (compared to the other lofi playlists/albums). Not at all a bad thing; sometimes we need to slow down even more, and listen to the Gregorian chants of our brothers and sisters, the choir of the monks and/or nuns. I try to make a big playlist for the Spotify peeps to have every song on one list! And each time I see a new album, I am happy to keep obliging the followers of Catholic Lofi! I struggle with scrupulosity and I prayed to Our Lady. She comforted me so much. Sometimes, I just need so much comfort and it cannot come from the hands of a sinner. Only from the hands of God and His Blessed amother may it pass to come and come to pass. Amen

I have scrupulosity too, but God has helped me a lot already . The best advice I can give you is to persist in the rosary every day. It gave me strength not to stop taking communion because of scruple. Next, what really cures scruple is taking your doubts and fears to a spiritual director. You can trust him as if it were an order from God himself (Not because he is the director, but because "He who hears you hears me" Lk 10,16 and other passages from the Gospel). Trust in me. I have a few years of experience in this. Save yourself from treating God like a tyrant, because He is beforehand a father. A father who loves you much more than you know. I will pray for you. Pray for me as well.

Hi my friend :) I heavily encourage Mark Dejesus for help with scrupulosity, he is a great Christian coach on mental health and has freed me from so much. He’s not specifically Catholic but still great and Christ centered. I also heavily recommend the Ten Commandments for the scrupulous, it is Catholic and very helpful. Praying healing for you. Best of luck my friend. The Lord loves you and you are safe ❤

I just recently started going to Mass when my work schedule and energy levels allow it, at the recommendation of a friend. I'm so burned out and pessimistic but God gives me hope and the peace Mass brings me is unlike anything else I've experienced from any other church. I wish to convert from protestantism, but my wife is hardcore southern Baptist and goes on about the wrongdoings of the Catholic Church the last couple times I've brought it up. I'll probably never formally join The Church in order to keep peace at home. Just know that I appreciate all that y'all do and think your way of worshipping Christ is reverent and beautiful.
