I don't know why this song was performed on that show back in '78. Personally, the Aldridge Girls and the Otwell Boys could've sung that song, wearing the back stuff John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John word in the film! That would've wrecked the whole show!

This is NOT a song for the Lawrence Welk show. I'm surprised he allowed this to be sung on his show. Nothing against the group, this is not their best performance.
