If you want to stop that habit. Just think someone doing the same thing to you. Karma exists you know. Second it shows that you don't respect yourself which leads to not respecting other people and their privacy. You should gain your own trust first. For example when you say you're going to do sports and cancel it you wire your brain to not trust your words and actions which leads to having bad relationships with other people and not trusting others or others not trusting you. That's the secret key to succès. If you can control yourself and not follow every desire you have you will be the master of your own.
