Steam is slowing phasing out all 32 bit games, Steam on MacOS has already dropped it. So Atlus adding 64 bit support is probably just future proofing, which is good to see.

@@naruto16112 damn, generally they do this in there free time so it’s hard to go back and focus on an old mod especially if they’re working on mods for P5R or P3R. Hopefully something can come out to replace it some day tho

I tried modding today with Reloaded II for a specific mod, sadly it didn't work. It can run the game with Japanese text now somehow.

Are you using a written guide or a video guide? Video guides tend to go out of date so I recommend the one I put in the description which comes with reloaded ll and the community enhancement pack

@@TheLastDistress I wasn't following a guide, it was for the She/Her MC mod though. That's a mod you can look up and install in the app itself, it gave me an error that was just gibberish. Is it because I'm using a Windows 8? Is it not supported anymore?

@@htmlguy23498 maybe but I think you're missing certain things to make mods work properly. getting the community enhancemeant pack wouldn't hurt and reinstalling that mod again should make it work unless it'swindows 8

I know you probably don’t have one but Is there any way you that do a video guide about how to mod this game for steam deck? It would be a much needed video because I don’t think any video tutorials exist on it and it’s hard to follow written guides so If there’s any way you can make a steam deck tutorial vid or maybe you know someone who can that would be a huge help to many people! 🙏

I do in fact have a steam deck! It’s a pain to setup as desktop mode can be janky. Idk if I’ll make a tutorial but I can mention something if I’m struggling with on a specific part. Video tutorials become out of date quickly which led to a lot of people having issues in my initial video on modding persona 4 golden 4 years ago

@@sirsonic1832 Okay update: I was at it for 2 hours today followed 2 guides and still was only able to get reloaded 2.... Then it froze every time after that. Hopfully one day reloaded 2 comes out with a linux version

@@TheLastDistress damn seems like it’s just too much of a pain in the ass right now yeah hopefully that does happen soon. But I appreciate you trying now I know not to even attempt it and just stick to modding it on my laptop thanks man 👍

@@sirsonic1832 The issue is its running off of like a windows emu that's force installing files so if said files aren't being put in the right folders its not gonna work right that said its force installing said files to said persona game thus reloaded loads then freezes. oddly and idk how some people have manged to get it to work but in my case with steam os sometimes things will say it installed and it didn't install correctly or at all then u have reset the entire system. I rambled here so much now I think I can make a video saying "Don't Mod Persona Games On The Steam Deck"

How did you get your mods ordered by category like that in Reloaded II? I used the download straight to Reloaded II option on gamebanana, but all my mods aren't categorized like yours.

Huh interesting as I thought it was an issue with mine because I just grabbed the folder contents and dropped it into the other reloaded ll I was using. Anyway, u can drag the mods in reloaded ll and categorize them yourself. Its a pain in the ass but just look at the enhancement pack's included mods section and use that as a guide to categorize them properly

I need help, I downloaded only some mods you put here and I dragged them onto the Reloaded II mods file, but whenever I try to open the game, it crashes after a few seconds. Maybe the problem could be the order of my mods? Please help.

@@octaviovidal4465 well if you only downloaded a few mods and not the community enhancement pack you’re probably missing the essential files for the mods to work and not crash the game. My recommendation would be to use the community enhancement pack as it comes with everything needed to work than hunting down everything and you get a better experience with P4G.

@@ryanhatfield8602 But sometimes the games aren’t as intended, like if the game has unforeseen bugs. Mods can fix those, making the game even truer to what was intended.
