I'm 14 and I still play roleplay, (family, fantasy and so on), with my bffs, with dolls, especially monster high dolls. My parents say that it's totally normal to still play with toys. I have 4 bffs who like to play with me, 2 who are 12, one who is 10 and a 14 year old! Also, I'm getting L.O.L. OMG dolls and a doll house for this christmas. It just has the emotional impact it has on people. The characters or the story took what we needed at the time. Everyone is a little kid inside. Being mature enough to understand that it is ok. I will never forget Optimus Prime. They aren’t just fictional characters to us, they feel real because we want to feel something so far away from reality, but it is the closest thing to reality. I know what you mean. I still kinda have the imagination, but what always stops me is the thought "Dude, look how stupid you look, you're wasting time holding two pieces of plastic and immitating their voices, imagine how stupid that would look to a normal grown adult, you think you're ever gonna find a girlfriend again, like that?" and then I stop xD And I usually make these funny scenes/sketches with my Transformers figures, where Optimus for example would act all righteous and say his signature lines, but Megatron is self-aware about being a toy and he's the one that doesn't wanna fight, and he'd usually be like "You're a toy now, Prime! That is why you'll aways lose!"

Like my Corvette collection I also have Legos, Thomas and friends toys, trains, Hot wheels, Disney Pixar cars and planes, r.c.’s, a few action figures, and a few gaming toys as well. So, how do I say this I am a 19 year old girl and I still play with stuffed animals and mini animal figures, which I'm guessing comes from my love of animals. My parents would ridicule me and tell me to grow up. They would take them away and eventually give them back to me hoping I would somehow 'change'. I can't exactly explain why I do it, I'm a quiet person and when I'm alone I like expressing myself through acting when playing, giving all of my animals different voices, etc. I know this may come off as sounding stupid and please no hate comments I already hear enough from everybody. I love my toys

I want to do what i used to and play with Animal figures and create fun stories again. Like i used to have a box of dinosaur toys I'd plaay with and pretend it was a documentary, and was obsessed with breyer horse abd LPS videos, wanting to make some of my own. I'm just afraid of being judged for it since I'm supposed to be an "Adult" (I'm 19 currently)

I play with toys ( I’m 10 btw) and I feel super childish when I play with them. I only have told my super close freind and she’s okay with it because she does to but not as much as me but she still does. But everyone at my school does not know and it’s weird I wish people weren’t so judge mental :c

Kids at your age are very silly(no offense). They can judge you because of everything. But good people from at least I think 13-14 years won't judge.
