Stunningly beautiful song 🤗 Freddie wrote it for the first boyfriend he was ever openly 'out' with, David Minns. He actually got him tickets to the Hyde Park gig that night and wanted to perform it for him even though they hadn't even recorded it yet. One of my favourites.

I'm very impressed that you latched onto this song and love it so much - it's not so well known. I remember first hearing this back in '77 when I was just six.. I used to swap my News of the World album with one of my Dad's friends for his copy of Day at the Races. A beautiful track from a great album.
