And the size of the club doesn’t matter because the expectations are adjusted. A failure at Madrid is finishing 2nd. Success at Everton is not getting relegated. They just work within the parameters they’re given.

Lynn is right no one wanted to get a Moyes type manager we just wanted Dyche to trickle along till the summer and 100% then go for a different style manager fresh start but in this situation a short term deal for Moyes is justifiable because Dyche has been awful and given up Moyes can always be replaced quickly in the summer when the job has been done so I don’t see the problem . Ultimately Moyes is 10x the manager Dyche is and doesn’t matter what we think he is still an Evertonian at will give 100% and fight till the end thats the type of manager we need till the end of the season
