You have hard water. Get a water filtration system

It doesn’t matter when you add the pod! 🤡 The machine is going to spin the drum PRIOR to adding water to determine the amount of water to add to the load!

But putting it at the very back prevents the chance of the pod getting stuck in the front rubber seal

That is not true. Just threw mine in and now i have to rewash because the pod outer shell didn't fully disolve and is stuck to my clothes. That never happened in my top load only the front loader ​@saturneditsss

Came here to comment the same thing 😂 half the time and I mean all the time I have to baby sit the machine to make sure the pods actually end up with the clothes and not stuck in the door, I put clothes over the top btw
