LMAO!! *"How many kits has Pau destroyed??!!"* 😂👍 I love watching this video, because she literally beats these things into submission. Her playing style has gotten MUCH more efficient over the past few years, but she's a real animal in this performance!!👹🥴 Now she can practically snap those Vic Firth sticks with her mind! Told ya she wasn't quite human.🤣 🤘😎🤘 *Just an FYI:* The spiel by Dany at 7:25 is in reference to their bad experience with Sphere Studios in L.A. trying to turn them into 'pop' artists. I think the quote was: "Do you want to do it your way and play to 100 people, or take our advice and play to 10,000?" (or something similar). Well this turned them completely off to the 'music machine' in general, and they continued to do what they do best, and rely on their dedicated patrons and Kickstarter for support. The big break came when they were approached by some reps from Lava Records at their gig at The Mercury Lounge in NYC, Dec. 2019. They spent several months dealing back and forth before they were convinced that Lava was going to be working in their best interest, and the rest is history!😉

Dany is not referencing their experiences at Sphere Studios in this TEDx talk. This TEDx talk and performance is from much earlier than that, in around January 2017. TW didn’t go into Sphere Studios until March 2018, having met the guys from Sphere when TW were at NAMM in January 2018.

@@danw1955 No worries Dan. Easily done for any of us. But you’re absolutely right about Dany referencing issues with labels/studios trying to change them prior to the time of the TEDx talks. Maybe Dany referencing to Nickelodeon, American Idol or another record label, there a lot of companies trying to sign with them since the apperance with Ellen. And also the best part of the anecdote slip you, the answer that Pau gave: We prefer playing for 100 people if that means do it in the way we like it, or something like that. Anyways your coment help me to know about the history with Sphere Studios, thanks.

@@doomsdaycun_lmh9341 Hola! If you listen to TW’s excellent Agua Fria show, they explain about some of the various producers/studios that Dany was referencing in the TEDx talk, including Glee. By this time they’d also been briefly associated with Victoria Records (in 2015). The quote by Pau hadn’t slipped me, though it’s actually that she’d rather play infront of 12 than 12000, but the sentiment remains the same. With integrity and attitude like that, no wonder TW put out such excellent music! 😁

I've had the pleasure of talking to the girls more than a handful of times. One time it was just the girls and me and that time will be one of the best moments in my life! As great and talented as they are onstage, they're every bit as incredible offstage, they are the most humble, gracious, appreciative and genuine young ladies I've ever had the pleasure to know. Within seconds of meeting them for the first time in 2019,they made me feel like we were old friends and I've had a "grandpa" affection for them ever since. When their Mom saw my 7 year old grandson on my Facebook page in his Warning merchandise rocking out to their music, she showed the girls. They then asked their Dad to contact me to see if I'd bring him to LA (we live in Ohio) for the 2020 Whisky shows so they could meet him, which he did! They met with him and treated him like he was the star, they are simply beyond compare, each with their own unique personality, but let me tell you, they all 3 have indescribable charismatic personalities! 🥰⚡🥰⚡🥰⚡ Thanks for the reactions!

"Unmendable", is watching Pau treat that Kit like it just stole her boyfriend. "When I'm Alone" or "Huela a Melon" (inside joke for TWA) was written by Danny as a homework assignment when they were at The Berklee School of Music Summer Program for teen musicians. Dany was extremely homesick there and this song is the result. A TWA favorite for sure. "Survive" I came across this watching TED talks and had to watch it 5 more times. It instantly hooked me (and many others) on The Warning. And life has not been the same since :) This was their second year at TEDx. Their video from the first year was one of the most watch TED talks ever, so they were invited back the next year. When it comes to emotions and passion, this band, these sisters are something very special. Future Legends!

Dude yes, this is how I was on a Thursday evening 34 months ago. Since then I’ve cried like a baby more than once since being Warned! I take their Warning very serious too. I cannot tell you how many things have either happened or changed since I’ve been financially supporting these three geniuses! “Truth” I even had to prove to myself that this Phenomenon is really real! Ive been made fun of, laughed at and misunderstood because of my love for these three young teenagers! So in January 2020 I flew to Los Angeles Whiskey A Go Go with my two grown kids, escorting me because at the time I was in chronic pain and had a hard time walking, let along standing through a concert. Which was by the way attended by 8 other countries. Being a Patreon Ultimate contributor I was able to attend the sound check and after the sound check I had the opportunity to meet them and take a picture. I was so taken aback by their presence and could not even face them and ran away from them like a 8 year old little boy. After both shows I couldn’t even face and talk to them at the meet and greet because I was so humbled and overwhelmed by them 😵💫 Today, I am still on fire and love them so dearly. 🤔 And since then through The Warning Way and modern medicine I’ve pretty much overcame the chronic pain since last September. A three year battle Yes, This Warning is real and if you listen and understand their first album their entire message is clear! Just saying because I can and love being in the Wabbit 🕳 of no return. Brace yourselves 😳😁 everyone, the best as they say, is about to come!

When I'm alone a wonderful song and like you the lyrics speak so much to me. This was written by Dany. After they appeared on the Ellen show they were sponsored by Target to spend 5 weeks at Berklee school of music in 2015. As homework they each had to write a song. Dany wa struggling to write anything and inspite of being with her parents and sisters she was terribly homesick. So she poured her heart out in this song she wrote for her homework. HCR, their parents took them to music appreciation camp when they were toddlers and they loved it. Next they asked if they wanted piano lessons, on the condition that they practiced every day. They challenged the girls to make sure they would stick with it. Next their parents got them the video game Rock Band. They would not stop playing it. Then when Dany was 8 they asked her if she wanted to learn an instrument other than piano, and she picked Guitar. Soon after, Pau chose drums and Ale chose Bass. Their parents still made them set up a practice regiment. When they started to play together as a band, the girls were all in school, but practiced 2 hours a day on their individual instruments and 3 hours a day as a band. Soon after they were challenged to write their own music. Their talent, creative genius, hard work and perseverance has gotten them where they are today. Good parenting indeed!

She's beating those drums like they owe her money. Damn, Pau is a beast. You should check out her cover of "Creep" on the piano. She is awesome (They all are of course) And of course you must see their music video for "XXI Century Blood" Love that one.

Wow, what a great reaction! This TedEx video made me „warned“… When I‘m Alone is very personal, written by Dany when she felt homesick… check out the girls at the Berklee Music College, supported by the Ellen Show,…. There is on scene Dany is sad, far from home… but the learned a lot there and grew even more tight as sisters and as a band! 👍⚡️🤘

My favorite performance! I feel ya when it comes to "When I'm Alone." I suffer from periodic bouts of depression and it definitely leaves "a hole in my soul." "Unmendable" is by far my favorite song by the girls, especially this performance with the "Pau Cam." That ponytail helicoptering around is just awesome. Like many, many fans "Survive" is the song that first grabbed me and I've been hooked ever since. Great reaction HCR. The rest of their first album can be found in the Dakota performance. Good video, decent audio, and the girls were particularly good that night.
