You've gone into remission

With this song, I'm trying to convey the feeling a person gets when a chronic illness they have begins to go into remission. I myself have a chronic illness, not terminal, but definitely lifelong. When it goes into remission, it's a very happy feeling and all hope is restored along with a sense of freedom.
