My problem with them is ,the price , they do not make one I can afford!! Even at a midsize ( that I have seen ) And I’d watch you no matter what you do , I think you come across as honest,and I like that sensibility you have . Great father too

This is a beautiful home when it’s finished being set up & especially when staged. Deer Valley has really beautiful quality homes, I know cause I own one. Please see if you can find a Deer Valley Big Chief that is set up & if possible staged, that’s mine but had it a couple years. We love it & I want people to see one cause I haven’t seen one in a couple of years. Check with Kentucky Dream Homes, they have two or three locations in Kentucky one in Paducah & also check in Tupelo Mississippi area. Both those areas carry lots of Deer Valley & Pre-Fab Homes. Thanks for tour but please try to find ones that are ready to show cause it’s better for them & your viewers. 😊

Deer Valley’s will always be my favorite. And the Aimon was my very favorite until they changed their floor plan and colors. The other floor plan had a door to the back porch off of both the dining room and the master bedroom, rather than one from the living room. When grilling outside it would be more convenient to have a door closer to the dining area/kitchen. The colors were more rustic before, with the use of natural wood and it was less white & sterile looking in the floor plan from 2 years ago. All Deer Valleys are well made, but I’m not a fan of the changes they made on my once favorite Aimon!!!

This home is very nice but I wouldn't want this layout. The previous one that had the glass side lights and doors located in the hallway between the dining room (which had wall space for China hutch) and a Den which had the bedrooms and bathroom located of that area instead of the kitchen like this one. I would like warmer wood tone cabinets and warmer toned bricks or stone one that fireplace along with a hearth. Preferably a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner.
