Stumbled upon your videos tonight @agilecoach while doing some research on the role. I am currently not super happy in my BA role and I recently did a "Gallup 34" Strengths test to see what my true strengths were. From 1-5 they came back Positivity > Developer > Woo > Communication & Responsibility. Reflecting on this, I think I would gain a lot of satisfaction from empowering and helping others (probably why I enjoyed Teaching before moving back into corporate!) and the Scrum Master Role sounds like a good fit. Thank you for your energy and wisdom. Really loved the part about building the trust of the individual first, relationships are so important, and so often neglected when we just dive straight into "the work"!
